TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Fees, pricing and operational conditions

**ONLY NON-ACUTE EMERGENCY SERVICES ARE BEING OFFERED BY SAY GP**

1. Say GP reserves the right to change fees from time to time.

2. Note that many private medical insurance companies do not cover or offer re-imbursement for GP consultations or medical tests requested by a GP. Say GP does not accept liability in the event that an insurance company fails to reimburse the patient for their care.

3. Payment for services is expected at the time of consultation or in advance of the consultation. Payment can be made with cash, debit or credit card. Cash is accepted for Home Visits only.

4. Email is often the preferred method of communication for patients. Say GP will treat information sent over email in the strictest confidence but cannot guarantee the security of email and worldwide internet systems. Therefore you should consider email communication as non-secure. By agreeing to the Terms and Conditions you consent to Say GP communication with you via email.

5. If cancellation is 2 hours or less before the pre-arranged Telephone, Video Consultations and Home Visits the patient will be charged at 50% of the agreed price.

6. Fees for Video and Telephone Consultations and Home Visits includes the cost of referral letters. However blood tests and other investigations ordered by the GP will incur additional charges. The GP will discuss the costs of these before proceeding.

7. Telephone and Video Consultations are not allowed for children under 18 years of age. However an adult can book a Home Visit on behalf of a child under 18 but must be physically present at the consultation. 

8. Video and Telephone consultations can only be conducted for patients in the UK.

9. For Home Visits, the GP may be accompanied by a driver for safety and security but will not be physically present at the consultation. 

10. Proof of identification may be required upon request.

11. Prescription charges are not covered by any payments you make to Say GP. The price is set by the pharmacy and Say GP is not responsible for the collection or payment of any prescription charges.
